A criticial incident investigation is underway into a crash near Moree in north west New South Wales, which left one man dead, and another in a critical condition in John Hunter Hospital.
Police were attempting to catch up to the pair after they went past an RBT unit, when officers found the vehicle, smashed into a tree by the side of the Carnarvon Highway.
