The Australian record for the most Kombis in one place has been broken, with 229 classic vans turning out to this year’s Old Bar Beach Festival.
The event also recorded its biggest crowd in nine years, with more than 20,000 people coming from across the state.
There was plenty to keep all ages entertained, including local market stalls, a ‘show and shine’ car display and live music.
