In North Coast Football, the Northern Storm beat Urunga 2-Nil in this afternoon’s semi-final at Korora.
Meanwhile, Coffs United defeated Sawtell 1-nil last night.
The Lions beat the Storm 3-1 last weekend to take out the minor premiership but struggled against Sawtell.
The Scorpions were a much improved side keeping pace with the competition leaders.
Striker Ben Mackay eventually found the back of the net for the Lions in the second half.
Coffs United play Sawtell again next weekend and Northern Storm will take on the Raiders in the second leg of the semi finals.
