While he’s been busy cleaning up the city, Lord Mayor Jeff McCloy cleaned up a fellow Councillor today.
Two local businesses gave Allan Robbinson a hair cut, a shave and new set of clothes.
Jeff McCloy says the makeover is all part of his plan to beautify the city.
