Australia’s longest running bowls event, the Riverview Carnival, gets underway in North Haven tomorrow.
The 54th carnival has attracted a strong field of 1,600 bowlers, including a record 400 teams.
Matches will be played in mixed, men’s and women’s divisions over the next nine days, with competitors out to snag a share of more than $22,000 in prize money.
