A 52-year-old man remains in Gold Coast Hospital with serious head injuries, after he was assaulted at Casino last night.
He was found lying unconscious on Barker Street at around midnight, his 38-year-old friend was found with facial injuries.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward and help them piece together what happened.
