Questions are being raised about federal grant funding in the Hunter, after a new report revealed $6.8 million was promised to a marginal electorate in 2025’s poll.
Labor re-secured the seat, which ultimately received 11 grants – while dozens of electorates across the country missed out in the invite-only program.
