RFS crews make the most of burn windows as bushfire danger period begins

Strict new fire permit rules take effect across much of Northern New South Wales tomorrow, as the region enters the bushfire danger period.
Anyone planning to burn off on their property will now face extra restrictions – as emergency crews race to clear dry fuel before the heat sets in.
