An East Gosford development has been named as state significant by the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces.
130 apartments – including affordable housing – are set to be built across 14 storeys at the York Street address.
More than 300 proposals, amounting to more than 100-thousand potential homes, have so far been declared state significant.
