A 23-year-old Narrabri man charged with the murder and aggravated sexual assault of a toddler in 2010, has been found unfit to stand trial in the New South Wales Supreme Court.
The man, who can’t be named for legal reasons, is accused of raping the three-year-old boy, who later died from head injuries after the incident.
He’ll now be assessed by the mental health tribunal.
