Paul Grainger in final leg of his nation-wide cycle for Youth Mental Health

It’s no easy feat – but the man in this next story is about to complete an 18-thousand kilometre solo cycle around Australia, for a very good cause.

Raising money for a Northern Rivers mental health charity, Paul Grainger today arrived at the eastern-most point of the country.
