The rhythmic hammer of the local cobbler fixing a shoe, and the meticulous measurements of a tailor crafting a custom suit at Rundles, these were the sights and sounds of a self-sufficient community

But they were more than just businesses; they were the backbone of our economy and the pride of our towns. They created jobs, supported families, and built the very fabric of our society
