Lismore council is pushing ahead with plans for a new development that could see 1500 homes, new shops and parklands built close to the CBD.
The North Lismore Plateau rezoning proposal for the will go on display this month for six weeks.
It’s part of council’s Urban Strategy to address the city’s housing shortage.
