A 44-year-old Lismore woman has been charged with drug and firearm offences, after live rounds of ammunition were allegedly found in her bra.
Police allege the woman was stopped by police on Union Street yesterday afternoon, for driving an unregistered vehicle.
She was then searched by a female officer, after implements used to smoke the drug ice were allegedly seen in the car.
Police say a large sum of money, empty ammunition rounds, and a hidden safe containing over 9 grams of ice were found in the vehicle.
She’s been refused bail and will reappear in court next week.
