A terrorist attack on the state’s livestock industry was played out in a mock-training exercise stretching across much of western New South Wales today.
According to the scenario, cattle delivered to Dubbo saleyards had been infected with an exotic virus.
It ended with a truck seizure near Narrabri and a siege at Boggabri.
