Isaac Heeney has undergone surgery after suffering an ankle injury during the Swans’ loss to Richmond last Sunday.
The Newcastle player will be in a moon boot for at least a month, before undergoing rehab – meaning he’ll miss the rest of the season.
The Swans are struggling in 17th place, with a mounting injury toll.
