There are concerns shops will be left vacant in the Northern Rivers, following the closure of Mosaic Group’s portfolio of retail shops including Rivers, Noni B and Millers.
Experts say it may impact foot traffic and jobs locally – while also providing an opportunity for local businesses to move in.
