An abandoned house in West Tamworth has been gutted after fire tore through the property last night.
Fire crews were called to the scene on Cole Road just before 7pm, where they found the building engulfed in flames.
It took eight fire fighters 45 minutes to put the blaze out, which is being treated as suspicious by police.
A nearby resident was treated for smoke inhalation, but no one was seriously injured.
