A person has died in a single vehicle accident near Coolatai, north of Warialda, overnight.
Police say the car ran off Coolatai road, hit a tree and caught fire, at around 9.20.
They believe the sole occupant was a 22-year-old male, but are awaiting forensic tests to confirm that.
