The federal Minister for Employment, Eric Abetz, paid a visit to the Central Coast today, to check up on the region’s job growth.
The senator met with local business owners and completed a tour of the Mars Food factory at Berkeley Vale.
He says he is pleased with the progress of the Work for the Dole Program on the Coast.
The area was one of just 18 regions in Australia to trial the initiative, with the scheme to be rolled out nationally next year.
