Boaters at Lake Keepit will soon find it safer to navigate their way on the water, with Roads and Maritime Services set to relocate submerged hazards.
The lake is currently sitting below 4 per cent, which has revealed a number of tree stumps and branches that would usually be underwater.
The RMS will start work in the coming weeks to move major hazards to deeper water, and create a new habitat for the schools of fish that live there.
