A snappy turtle came close to making a meal of NBN’s camera’s today, during a health check at The Australian Reptile Park.
Leonardo, the alligator-snapping turtle, was removed from his tank for a check-up, and delighted the school holiday crowd with his extra strong jaw.
The ninja turtle is the largest of its kind in Australia, weighing in at about 45-kilograms.
He was found to be in perfect health.
