Defending Port to Port mountain bike champion Brendan Johnston has fought back to claim the leader’s jersey, finishing third in today’s challenging third stage in the Watagans.
The win went to Michael Potter – but it was Johnston who was celebrating, now holding a solid lead over Cameron Ivory heading into the final day.
Holly Harris continued her stranglehold on the women’s crown with a third stage win.
