NIAS ‘GROWTH DAY’ PROVES MASSIVE HIT WITH ATHLETES

Over 250 athletes at the Northern Inland Academy of Sport have taken part in a unique training program – away from the field.

A number of seminars and guest clinicians formed part of “Growth Day” – among them, motivational speaker Michael Crossland, who had his own story to tell.
