In the A-League, and the Mariners have decided not to take legal action over the controversial suspension of midfielder Patricio Perez.
The club claims it wasn’t given an opportunity to appeal the decision, which saw the Argentine import banned for two home matches by Football Federation Australia for simulation.
The side’s CEO says it’s extremely disappointed with the outcome.
