The Italian Mafia was in Casino today as local retailers dressed up for Beef Week.
This year’s theme was Italian and many went the whole nine yards with shop decorations, props and costumes.
“very uncomfortable, costumes aren’t really good for working in, we try taking it off and then customers come in and we have to put it all back on again”
Turns out it was worth it though, with PRD Realty winning the Best Dressed Staff Category.
While the Greater Building Society took out the Best Window Display.
The tellers turned chefs and waiters whipped up a feast, turning the bank into Jerry’s Restaurant.
“we’ve had italian meatballs, and little pizzas and cheese and cabbonosi”
The prize – a year’s worth of bragging rights.
