Lismore born football legend, Craig Foster has been named Australian Father of the Year.
The father of three won the award for his community work, mentoring 15 young Afghan women who helped escape the Taliban after the fall of Kabul last year.
He was presented with the top gong at the 20-22 Australian Fathering Awards, held in Sydney.
