A new generation of non-contact rugby sevens will kick off in Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour later this week.
The fast-paced VIVA7S competition focuses on the sport’s social side.
Games last 16 minutes, and players have seven touches to score before changeover.
Participants can sign up for the five week program at Stuarts Park and Coffs Harbour Rugby Park this Friday night.
