A new $2-million mental health unit at Toronto opened today, and is expected to be at capacity by the end of the week.
The Woodlands unit at Merewether’s Lingard Private Hospital has been closed – and the beds transferred to Toronto Private Hospital.
The first patients will be transferred tomorrow.
