RENTAL PRICES UP NEARLY 20% IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, SURPASSING SYDNEY

Rental prices in the Northern Rivers have skyrocketed in the past 12 months, with new data revealing a near 20% increase.

CoreLogic’s quarterly review found median rents across the Richmond-Tweed region now sit at $620 per week.

That’s even higher than capital cities like Sydney – which has a median rent value of just over $580.
