NORTH COAST’S MORGAN CIBILIC NAMED 2022 MALE SURFER OF THE YEAR & MARK “MONO” STEWART AWARDED 2022 MALE PARA-SURFER OF THE YEAR

Angourie’s Morgan Cibilic has been awarded male surfer of the year at the 20-22 Australian Surfing Awards.

Byron’s Mark “Mono” Stewart was also awarded Male Para-Surfer of the Year at the event.

Despite falling off the Championship Tour, Morgan Cibilic is determined to make his mark on the Challenger Tour – which kicked off at Snapper Rocks yesterday.

Lennox Heads’ Stuart Kennedy today went up against eleven time world champion Kelly Slater.

Kennedy fell just short of making it through to the next round.
