Police have praised organisers of yesterday’s Groovin’ The Moo music festival in Maitland, with infringements down on previous years.
More than 100 officers kept the crowd of 16,000 under control, with 10 drug-related arrests, and twelve noise complaints.
The festival was the subject of a series of meetings between council and police, after problems with anti-social behaviour last year.
