YOUNG FOOTBALLERS GET EXPERT TRAINING IN URUNGA

Budding young footballers were given some intensive skills training at Yamba and Urunga this week.
Parents hired professional Queensland coach Blair Grice to conduct the two-day clinics for children aged 5 to 13.
Skills included taxis and toe taps and a move called the Renaldo chop.
An inflatable soccer pen was used to maximise contact with the ball.
Blair Grice says, “It keeps the ball in play for a lot longer, it’s a great visual for the kids, it’s a great training aid for us.”
The clinics were organised through North Coast Football.
