An 87-year-old man has been airlifted to a Sydney hospital in a serious but stable condition, after his car collided with a power pole at The Entrance this afternoon.
The man was trapped in the vehicle on the Central Coast Highway for around 45 minutes.
He was eventually freed and transferred to a waiting Careflight helicopter.
