A 46-year-old accused of beheading a man on the state’s far north coast will stand trial for murder.
Jonathon Andrew Stenberg waived his right to a committal hearing via video link at Lismore Local Court this morning.
He is charged with murdering 54-year-old Edward James Kelly at his Broadwater home in June last year.
Stenberg is scheduled to appear at the Sydney Supreme Court for arraignment in June.
