Port Macquarie cyclist Lauren Kitchen has continued her good form, with a ninth place finish in round three of the Women’s World Tour in Italy.
The 25-year-old won the bunch sprint, behind the eight rider breakaway on a tough climb finish.
It’s Kitchen’s third top 10 result in the World Tour this year, and gives her a confidence boost heading into round four in Belgium next week.
