NEW CROPPING MAP TO HELP HORTICULTURALISTS MOVE INTO THE FUTURE

Horticulturalists are being urged to try out a new app which collects data to help safeguard their crops and prepare for natural disasters.
Businesses like the Guyra tomato farm have tested out the mapping tool, designed by University of New England researchers.
They’re hoping to roll it out to other parts of Australia – and it’s free.
