23,000 NEW JOBS ON CENTRAL COAST IN PAST 12 MONTHS

The jobs boom has arrived on the Central Coast, with an extra 23,000 positions created in the region over the past year.

Construction, health and retail sectors have seen the most growth, but some are concerned not enough is being done to address youth unemployment.

  1. where was 23,000 jobs created on the central coast, from what i know their was only 600 jobs advertised in the last 12 months and of them only 590 were filled,

    Government Job agencies were extremely quiet all year on job front and many of the jobs that were filled were less than 20 hours per week and jobs that did not pay well.

    Even the Job Agencies staff were looking for jobs under the restructure of the job agencies which is a total mess and putting lots of unemployed people in to rental debt.
