Australia’s best known concert pianist David Helfgott and his wife Gillian have entertained music lovers at their home near Bellingen on the Mid North Coast.
More than a hundred guests paid thirty dollars a head to attend the fundraiser for the local Jazz Festival coming up next year.
As usual David’s classical performance was brilliant.
When asked what his Christmas message was, David replied “Love love love “.
He’s now preparing for another European tour next year.
