DARREL CHAPMAN FUN RUN GOING VIRTUAL THIS MONTH

The lockdown has Lismore’s Darrel Chapman Fun Run going virtual.

The event kicks off in just over a week and registrations are still open.

Teams of individuals can register to complete a 4, 10 or 21 kilometre run, walk, cycle or swim.

There’s also a marathon option for those seeking an extra challenge.

Last year, the fun run raised $56,000 for lifesaving equipment for local hospitals.
