Farrer alumni John Porch is currently in South Africa, for his 11th tournament with the Australian sevens rugby side.
The speedster will be hoping to lead his team to the semi finals, after the Aussies finished fifth in Dubai.
But they face a tough pool in Cape Town, with matches against New Zealand, the U-S-A and Spain.
The first match is against the Spaniards, later tonight.
