Newcastle police are hunting a man who robbed two groups of teenagers early yesterday morning.
At around 3:30, two girls were threatened with a knife and ordered to lie on their stomachs at the end of the Nobbys breakwall.
The man then stole their valuables and fled.
It’s believed the same thief robbed a group of four teenagers in the car park moments earlier.
