Two Southport employees endured a terrifying end to their shift last night when they were ambushed by two men wielding hammers.
The man and woman had just locked up at the Ferry Road Osteopathic Centre and were walking to the man’s car, when the attackers – their faces hidden – ran out from the bushes.
