A Kempsey man has been charged with multiple fraud and property offences.
Police arrested the 23-year-old man on Elbow Street, West Kempsey on Friday afternoon for breaching bail.
The man has been charged with 13 offences including aggravated break, enter and steal and 10 counts of fraud.
He’s also been charged with drive while unlicensed as well as breach of bail.
