I am so pleased that the council will allow the fence. people helping animals need all the support they can get. Sally is doing the community a wonderful service!
The Council has done the right thing in allowing the fence. The dog & cat shelter is needed in Grafton.
I am really pleased that our council has agreed to allow the fencing. Happy Paws does a wonderful job, and is an extremely valuable part of our community. I’m sure that if council could find the will, this institution could actually save them a lot of time, money and resources. Love to see a bit more cooperation so that this worthwhile service could operate with a little less stress and a bit more help.
I do hope that the neighbours to Happy Paws will come to realise that their neighbour is doing really good things, and live in harmony with Happy Paws.
