Rental properties in the New England have become slightly more accessible, according to the latest Real Estate Institute of New South Wales survey.
Between December and January it’s reported the vacancy rate rose 0.3 per cent, bringing it to 3.6 per cent.
It follows a 0.2 per cent climb the previous month, after the vacancy rate fell by 1.2 per cent between October and November last year.
