The Australian music and sporting scenes are tonight mourning the loss of Damien Lovelock.
He was best known as the charismatic frontman of The Celibate Rifles, a band that influenced a generation a musicians through the 1990s to now.
Lovelock was also a football and NFL commentator for SBS and the ABC, and at one point was the New South Wales Origin team’s yoga teacher.
He’s passed away after a battle with cancer, he was 65.
