Charlestown golfer Andrew Dodt is in the hunt at the $3-million European Open.
He shot an opening round four under par, to be just two strokes off leader American Bryson Dechambeau.
His cause was helped by a birdie putt, on the final hole.
Across the round, Dodt carded seven birdies.
