A Southport man, who allegedly killed his neighbour by putting him in a chokehold, has been granted bail.
23 year old Sanchez is alleged to have murdered his neighbour, Kane Barry during a fight outside their Southport unit block in September.
The court heard claims, Barry had earlier threatened to attack Sanchez with a knife.
