Despite the flu season hitting hard, medical experts say it’s not too late to get the vaccine.
Dr Michael Hensley from Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital is encouraging everyone to brave the jab.
He says while influenza cases locally are down on last year, the bug is still creating its fair share of problems.
